You'll learn how to spot balanced-list syndrome in agent-drafted ADRs, how to fix it with three human-written lines (rejected option, local reason, regret condition), and how to turn regret conditions into monitors.

You will learn how to turn non-functional requirements into budgets and automated checks that coding agents run into during their loop, and how to write down the NFRs you are deliberately deferring.
