Sustainable AI for Agriculture

Agfovi is an Agri-Tech startup focused on applying sustainable AI solutions to Vietnamese agriculture, in collaboration with RMIT University research programs. Co-founded to bridge academia and industry for practical agricultural AI.

Technical Achievements

• ▹Implemented computer vision models (YOLO v5, custom CNN classifiers) for automated quality inspection of agricultural products
• ▹Classification accuracy: >95% · Detection mAP: 91.8%
• ▹Inference time: <50ms on edge devices (mobile phones via TFLite)
• ▹Collaborated with RMIT professors; contributed to 2 academic papers on AI applications in agriculture
• ▹Deployed prototype system used by 3 pilot farms in Da Lat for real-time quality grading
• ▹Merged PhD research (AI-Human interaction) with practical data-driven optimization
